The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to the data voluntarily provided through the Website.
The Website processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling inquiries submitted through the contact form
- Presenting offers or information
The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- Through data voluntarily entered in the forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.
- By storing cookie files (“cookies”) on end-user devices.
2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
Login areas and places where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
To protect data, the Operator regularly performs security backups.
An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, in particular through regular updates of software components.

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: dhosting.
The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, maintains server-level logs. The following information may be recorded:
- Resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files)
- Time of the request
- Time of response
- Client station name – identification carried out via the HTTP protocol
- Information on any errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions
- The URL address of the previously visited page (referrer link) – if the transition to the Website occurred via a link

- Diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through forms on the website
- Information related to the handling of emails sent to and from the Operator
4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Processing
In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or for the fulfillment of obligations incumbent upon the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
- Hosting company on an entrustment basis
- Companies providing marketing services to the Administrator

You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer data outside the territory of the European Union.
5. Information in Forms
The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such data is provided.
The Website may record information about connection parameters (time stamps, IP address).
In certain cases, the Website may store information facilitating the association of data entered in a form with the user’s email address filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.
